This tools duplicates and extends the functionality of the TRX and GPS-H tools distributed by Natural Resources Canada to read and write from lidar las files. This allows for easy and accurate transformation of these files to NAD83 CSRS, conversion from ellipsoidal to orthometric height models, as well as epoch transformations.
