Create Get Involved Drop Down

Create a drop down on the "Get Involved" button on the nav bar with options for "Hacker" / "Volunteer" / "Mentor" / "Sponsor". Add and animate an upside down caret (caron) as well to indicate that it opens and closes.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a dropdown with the options listed above
• Create place holders for adding links to each one
• Add a caron to the end and make it rotate based on whether the drop down is open or closed
