已经试过以下方法

改下载源
改并发数
重新安装启动器
挂加速器
开流量
清理出7g的空间
完全没有任何效果，是设备原因吗

只有旧版本启动器才会报错，新版（2.0.6fix）并不会，如果你是说quilt api不能下载那确实没修复
