[WIP] Convert JS from Prototype to jQuery and Bootstrap

Rewrite all JavaScript elements using jQuery- and Bootstrap-based technologies.

Only for 1.4.
In 1.3 there are too many Prototype-based technologies used without any jQuery-based replacements available.
