In the Path tool, selected points shouldn't be draggable from anywhere inside the shape #2254

To reproduce:

  • Draw a shape
  • Select the path tool
  • Select one vertex/anchor
  • Drag the middle of the shape

It is a bit weird how the single selected anchor is dragged. Probably all of the anchors should be selected and dragged.
