First release of the forked Miningcore branch used by GetBlok.io. All updates are focused on ERGO coin, therefore, no updates have yet been merged from official branch. Fixes and updates:

• Fixed critical bug related to job broadcasting to miners, which was causing miners to continue to work on blocks already mined by the pool.
• Added debugging to Job Manager
