Issueありがとうございます。
こちらもごく稀にですが、確認しています。

何も対策をしていない場合、新規でタブを開いた場合や再読み込みをした場合に発生します。
内部処理で対策を講じているはずなので、理論上起きないはずではあるのですが、実際にこうした事象が確認されているという事もあり、現在調査中の案件です。

次のバージョンで安定性の向上を図る予定ですので、都合が付くまで現存のバージョンでお楽しみいただけると幸いです。
