When using the on-the-fly phenotype creator, it is expected that if a sample name is not indicated as belonging to a particular phenotype, that sample is excluded from the resulting analysis. This does not seem to be happening, resulting in miss-assignment of samples and an incorrect analysis
Samples selected (skipped two knockout samples):
Samples used in the analysis (the two skipped samples are bumping out the desired wildtype samples)
I also tested the analysis with the observed incorrect samples and confirmed that the enrichment results are, in fact, incorrect so this is not just a display bug with the column names.
