Summary

If a usb port doesn't support power delivery, the maximum allowed current can be read by detecting the Rd on the cc line.
Right now it is not read and the minimum of 0.5A is assumed.

Doesn't affect any functionality, changes only the value reported to the user via the ha-text sensor.
