Add [DATABASE] to Database Browser Logon Parameters #101

When a user clicks on Browse Database next to a database name, I should be able to take them directly to a DB browser for that particular database:

A database parameter should be added here in order to accomplish this:

SolidCP/SolidCP/Sources/SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.Code/DatabaseServers/DatabaseServerController.cs
