Describe the bug

When I want to watch the numberphile video "A Fascination with Fractured Friezes" https://youtu.be/0YkapBk9y5U i get an error window with the message: [BAD_HTTP_STATUS: 403] Potential causes: IP block or streaming URL deciphering failed.
Happens also with other videos, this is an example for the error. The video starts to run for some seconds and stops. to restart the vieo doesn't help, error message pops up again after some seconds. (win10:64bit:with up to date patches) (v0.22.1 beta)

Expected Behavior

video should not stop after 3 seconds
