Tag 0.2.1 release

Hey @Foxboron, I know this is a pretty experimental project, but it's been working great for my cases. Is there anyway you could consider tagging a new 0.2.1 or 0.3.0 release to include some of the recent unreleased changes. Specifically would like to use 70f006f. Thanks!

I should! I have been pre-occupied with other project and waiting a bit if the p256tag is getting standardized.
