Be able to view information and manage on the KafkaFlow Retry.

Describe the solution you'd like

Have a Web UI nuget package that adds a series of HTTP resources to check and manage upon the KafkaFlow Retry usage of the application.

In this case, add support to list all queues and items on those queues (messages are not displayed). It should be possible to perform basic searching by QueueGroupKey.
