chat protection breaks on latest build[BUG]

Before open an issue, checkout this steps:

• If you are running the plugin at first time, try to run again to see if the problem persists.
• Check if your build is the latest on our Jenkins. Click Here: http://host.areaz12server.net.br:8081/job/UltimateChat
• Its important to you include the plugin jar name, because version and build info.

Describe the bug
On the latest dev build the chat protection feature breaks. On plugin startup the file gets cleared from any content and therefor nothing related to chat protection like antispam etc. works.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download build 294 http://host.areaz12server.net.br:8081/job/UltimateChat/294/
2. Upload on server and restart it.
3. check the protection.yml file if there is anything in it
4. see that the file is empty

Expected behavior
The file should contain all the protection features like before
