Issue found when executing PR #15296

Action Performed:

1. Go to URL https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Login with any account
3. Open an invalid route(eg. /anything)
4. On NotFound page click on close

Expected Result:

By pressing x mark, user landed to chat conversation

Actual Result:

By pressing x mark, user landed to LHN instead of chat conversation
