Description

The Table component has built-in pagination, which users can enable with pageSize property. However, there is no method to default to a page at load (or to change programmatically after the fact)

We should also add a readOnly current page property.

Acceptance Criteria

A property is added - startPage, startRow, etc., that, when provided, displays the requested page at load, instead of starting at row / page 1. This may also be also useful for changing the visible page programmatically.
