Description

It would be helpful if Calcite Menus had a method (non-technical usage of that word) for truncation.

We are exploring using Calcite Menu + Navigation as breadcrumbs within a top navigation in Hub.

In cases where items names are long, especially in smaller screen sizes, we would need the menu items to truncate.

Acceptance Criteria

Aside from truncation, having a way for users to know the full truncated text would be nice.
