Updates the accordion's interactive states as part of the larger epic in #9299.

Current state

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update hover bg color to foreground.2 & does not change text
  • Update pressed bg color to foreground.3 & does not change text
  • Focus does not change text weight or icon color
