Add recipes to craft Tetra Forge blocks

Add recipes to craft Forged blocks from tetra.

Why would you like this added/changed?

When you want to build something out of Forged blocks, it gets tedious to dig around for hours trying to scrap some Forges. The problem is even worse for multiplayer servers, where forges are likely to be dismantled by early players, so it would be good to have some midgame recipes to get large quantities of those blocks
