Describe your issue.

Bounty decrees can be conjured out of thin air by abusing the fact that a bounty board must have at least one decree in it. Sorting your inventory after placing an additional decree into a bounty board will force both decrees into your inventory, which creates a new decree in the board.

Steps:

1. Find a bounty board
2. Craft a decree
3. Put it in the bounty board
4. Sort your inventory
5. Insert another decree and sort again
6. Claim your newly generated decree(s)
