fix: dependabot: removes and upgrades developer dependencies

SUMMARY:

Removes unused @storybook/addon-info package
Upgrades the following packages to address sub dependency alerts:
@storybook/addon-storyshots
@storybook/react
@svgr/webpack
standard-version

Technically developer deps do not effect the security of the dist library, but should be addressed nonetheless.
