Get the skin working in OSX/Linux

Linux support works, but fonts are wrong. In progress of updating font-sizes.
OSX support is likely in the same boat as Linux support but hasn't been tested. Concerns are:
- OSX's titlebar is not on-window, may cause issues with hamburger button
- OSX window control buttons are on left side, overridden to right side (if you're using a Windows 10 style theme we'll make it windows style)

I guess just gonna update this:

Linux support seems good, font size issues were more because Steam for Linux is really picky about where it loads fonts from. Need to investigate if I can remove the font changes.
Mac is probably a far ways out, if it'll happen at all. Lots of the Mac styling is either hardcoded in the client or in section of code I can't change. And without reliable access to a Mac to work on this, hopes aren't high.
