Updated vue-router, test-utils, vueuse, tailwind, SB, types, eslint rules. Tried to update Vue to v3.4 but there's a breaking change in 3.3.7 that causes issues in EBO so for now I only updated vue to 3.3.6 and we will address 3.4 in another ticket.
