Add documentation for production deployment

Create documentation for deploying Hyades / DT 5.x to a production environment.

The docs should cover the following deployments models:

• Docker Compose
• Kubernetes (via Helm)

The docs should include guidance for sizing:

• Requirements for service containers (CPU, memory)
• Recommended JVM settings (Xmx, Xms, GC, ...)
• Database resources (storage, CPU, memory)
• Kafka resources (storage, CPU, memory)
• Kafka topic partition count
• Kafka topic retention settings

(Roughly based on number of expected projects)
