Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In RGFGRID, there is a function called Attach grid at DD Boundaries. When I use this function to merge two irregular grids with different cell refinement, RGFGRID crashes.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have a similar function in meshkernelpy, to connect irregular grids with different cell refinements:
