Body:
This update brings significant improvements to the service assignment feature in the application, aimed at providing a clearer separation between active and inactive service assignments. By splitting service assignments into active and inactive lists, users can now navigate and manage these lists with greater efficiency. This change is implemented across the middleware, routes, and the UI layer for a consistent experience.

Additionally, new functionalities for activating, deactivating, and deleting service assignments have been introduced, allowing for more dynamic management of these entities. The UI has been updated to accommodate these changes, with enhanced tables and a new modal for creating service assignments, improving overall usability.

In the UI, adjustments to the Tailwind CSS classes enhance the visual distinction between active and inactive assignments and refine the layout for better readability and interaction.

This comprehensive update streamlines the process of managing service assignments, making it more intuitive and efficient for users.
