Disable all datadog agent v6 && v7 services not working since v6.22.0 & v.7.22.0 #317

The problem is the same as described in #153 but with versions of datadog agent >=6.22 and >=7.22 due to a new service (security-agent) being started that triggers the starting of datadog-agent.
As per https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-agent/releases/tag/7.22.0 :

Make security-agent part of automatically started agents in RPM/DEB/etc. packages (will do nothing and exit 0 by default)
