Install opencv library #1802
Comments
Original Redmine Comment OpenCV is now install on prog16 (Fedora 18). There was a problem with the way one of the libraries was linked. The Tiff library on Fedora 18 is newer than the one ISIS has in local/v002. This has been corrected in the install script and should not pose a problem for other OS. Will wait to install on the other progXX machines until we are confident we have all the kinks worked out. |
Original Redmine Comment open cv is now installed on all devel systems. NOTE: prog11 is suspect, Kim will test to see if the library works correctly. |
Original Redmine Comment Added OpenCV packages to MacOSX systems prog14 (10.6) and prog15 (10.8). This was only possible on prog15 by creating a new development version v003. This is designed to be completely separate from v002 so they can coexist if they have to. It also means that the 10.8 build will only run on 10.8 and 10.9 (perhaps) only. MacPorts had major troubles building packages on 10.8 while targeting 10.6 as the minimum supported OS (Qt utterly failed). Commit #5626. |
Original Redmine Comment prog10 and 12 did not link into ISIS correctly. prog11 needed to be rebuilt with an include path, prog10 needed to have the ISIS Linux config changed. Both are now compiling and linking. |
Original Redmine Comment Close with Kris B. permission. |
