[Bug]: 无法处理的653366069报错

发生了什么？

所有养成计划相关的功能均不可用，自从背包物品这一功能上线开始，角色和武器资料均不能再添加到计划中。
报错是653366069，已经尝试QA中的解锁loopback限制，并且关闭了VPN。
其余涉及到账户信息的功能如签到、同步我的角色、祈愿记录等均可用。

你期望发生的行为？

可以正常加载人物和武器到养成计划中即可，国际服同步背包物品无法正常使用也没关系
