[ BUG ] 'Get-FalconHostGroup -Include group_names' error with devices that have no groups #211

Describe the bug
Using Get-FalconHost with -Include group_names produces the following error when a device has no host groups:

Get-FalconHostGroup : Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Id' because it is an empty array.

Environment (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
PowerShell: 5.1, 7.2.3
PSFalcon: 2.2.0
