Any plans to support parsing?

Firstly, thank you kindly for this repo. Looks like a dream to create VCF files in comparison to many of the tools I've seen. Hides away all the semantics and gives me a nice easy API. Wonderful. Thanks a lot.

Any plans to expand to the parsing side? Eventually I want to build a 2 way sync between VCF files served via xandikos and a directory of markdown files managed with dendron. But for now I'm only focused on md -> vcf, so your package will be great. But in the future... :-)
