Issues with Loading model bin File into Model

Hello everyone,

This program hasn't been updated for a long time, but I still find it very useful. Does anyone know if there is a similar program that is being continuously updated somewhere?

Currently, I found a well-trained model.bin file from others, but when I tried to load it into Whisper desktop, it resulted in parameter errors like below picture.

Does anyone know the reason for this?
Or can I only use the bin files from this link?
