Description of problem:

After instaling RHEL9 through a kickstart while selecting ANSSI High profile through the Oscap Anaconda addon, the rule xccdf_org.ssgproject.content_rule_rsyslog_remote_tls is reported as failing when doing final scan of the installed system.

This holds true also for ism_o profile.

Operating System Version:

RHEL 9 and RHEL 8

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install RHEL9 through a kickstart and specify ANSSI High profile to be used as hardening
  2. Perform Oscap scan

Actual Results:

The rule xccdf_org.ssgproject.content_rule_rsyslog_remote_tls is marked as failed

Expected Results:

The rule xccdf_org.ssgproject.content_rule_rsyslog_remote_tls is marked as passed.
