一直是 pure layout 配合 UITableView-FDTemplateLayoutCell 来使用的

masonry布局的页面，也能用FDTemplateLayoutCell计算和缓存行高。

@scofierd 我先说说我的思路吧，你用masonry约束好后，tableview的cell要注册，然后按照在返回行高的代理方法里面写FDTemplateLayoutCell的回调方法就行，回调方法里面需要设置cell绑定的模型。
