  • Add as part of balsamic run analysis or balsamic config case to downsample before running workflow or before creating config file
  • Add seqtk to balsamic base env
  • Wrapper for seqtk and/or wrapper workflow
  • Add tests
  seqtk sample -s100 read1.fq 10000 > sub1.fq
  seqtk sample -s100 read2.fq 10000 > sub2.fq
