We want to schedule regular ingests of PCTS into Civis.

Working with David Terukina at planning to load PCTS into Civis. We are currently blocked by networking rules on the Azure PCTS database. Connecting to an on-prem SQL Server works as expected, but the cloud instance fails. I can ping the server, but an unable to connects via ODBC.

I am also unable to connect from Civis, and in that case I cannot ping either
