[Bug] 从3.0.5升级到3.0.6之后无法自动合并

zotero版本：7.0.11 (64-bit)
系统： Windows 10 22H2

在设置中检查更新后升级到了3.0.6，无法自动合并，不触发合并检测以及弹窗。
经测试删除后重装最新版本也不行，旧版本可以正常使用，希望作者检查一下，感谢。

+1. The auto-merge feature is not working in the current version, and the duplicate items counter consistently displays "0/0".
