CRS - WGS84 in degrees vs radians #304

In the spec, we use EPSG:4326 for the volume region properties. However, EPSG:4326 specifically uses degrees, whereas throughout the spec we use radians. Is there a specific CRS we can switch to that still uses WGS84 but uses radians instead of degrees?
