Description

We do not want protostar releases to impact our CI (and our tests).

Suggested Evolution

We need to specify a fixed version of protostar to counter the current behavior of the install.sh script which installs the latest release.

Acceptance Criteria

  • When I set an oldest protostar version localy, it installs the spcified version (returned by protostar --version)

Additional context

A feature is provided by protostar in their install.sh script (source)
