From Llamageddon, "Have you thought of profession names with a one-syllable suffix like '-ling' rather than '-halfling.' It just feels a bit more linguistically organic to me. Unlike -'dragon' (which you elegantly sidestepped for fisher-dragon and crafts-dragon), it almost always requires a small vocal pause/stress on the H when used as a compound word, even when read."
