Deleted whole instrument when trying to create a condition

I created response domains, code lists, question items (question grids not working), question construct, then when I saved the condition, the page redirected to the instrument admin page the alspac_17_la25 is no longer there.

Can you see anything related to this? I can't recreate the problem.

I had the in-out-worker on, as I was going to export this to test, I assume it can't delete without that being on?

Editors shouldn't have the permissions to delete anyway. There are also daily back-ups. As a precaution, the in-out-worker has been turned off for all instances. Users are creating constructs as usual today, and we will see if there is anything in the logs queued for deletion.

@simonreed do all instances of Archivist have sidekiq?

They all have sidekiq but they might not have the resource enabled.
