Temp: Helpful coloured boxes when moving constructs do not appear

In staging when you move a construct, it gives a blue box to indicate where the construct is going to be positioned, or a red box if you can't move the construct to that position.

This is not the case in the temporary version

This is no longer the case on staging. It would be a good feature to add back in.
