Function/tool to output content and links for all datasets/instruments/mappings in Discovery

This is needed to test that cmie has loaded items correctly, but also to check what is currently in Discovery. There are datasets which currently do not have mappings and in some cases datasets linked to the wrong questionnaires, we need to be able to identify these to correct them.

There appears to be many questionnaires without topics mapped to the questions. We will need a systemic way of finding these.
