Render Interviewer Instructions on Discovery
Colectica supports two fields for specifying interviewer instructions on a Question: Instructions as
multilingual text, and a reference to an Interviewer Instructions object.
Previous versions of Portal only showed the multilingual text property. However as of version 6381,
both properties are displayed when present. If the display can be improved further, we will make the
necessary updates.
