4.3 Number of Teams per Institution: In the text, replace "Institution" with "institution"
7.3.2.1 Traffic signs: "Each Traffic Sign ..." --> "Each traffic sign"
"Section" is always capitalized. Change that?
in 7.3.6, "Obstacle" is always capitalized
parc fermé is inconsistent (sometimes parc-fermé)

Should we change "Section" to "section" in the whole document or keep the current version? I'd prefer "section"
