We have builds split between powersimdata and postreise, but could benefit from consolidating them so there is no delay or synchronization issue across repos. Once we have packages all on PyPI we should also publish a stable image to reflect the latest versioned package(s). We can use the github api to trigger builds in plug via the workflow_dispatch event which can be invoked from the respective source repos.
