Purpose

Create specific template for data intake issues

Note

I did not create the data-intake.md file. I went to the Settings of the repo and I was asked to fill out some field (title, assignees, label, ...).

Should we also have a field for Terms (if specified) within the Source? So that if there's already something that someone else has found, we don't have to track it down?

Is that would be a placeholder for a link to the terms of use and a quote therein?

Exactly. Or a message that says "I couldn't find anything", or "I didn't look", etc. Our collaborators don't necessarily need to be data intake experts, but if they have some knowledge let's encourage them to pass it along to us.
