Transfer California input and output files to new data structure #6

Copy files from the California scenarios to the v2 data structure. Create symbolic link to the profiles used in these scenarios and produce change table when multipliers are needed for renewables.

Header of all the files (PF, PG, demand, hydro, solar and wind) needs to be corrected because of the indexing is different in the new grid object.

All headers have been updated. In particular load zone names in demand profile have been replace by their respective index as defined in the grid object.

Files concerned are located in /home/EGM/v2/raw and /home/EGM/v2/data/output
