Reconnecting accounts

I have a boost note account that was created quite a while ago and I'm paying for the lowest level subscription($3). However, when I'm logged in it shows me as free user. Perhaps I have more than one account? I'm not sure how to resolve it.

Probably, but for boost note cloud, the app will show you multiple teams you are part of, can you see if any of those have subscription? If you would go to a space where you are paying for, the notes would be only there.

If you would go to a different account, there would be different spaces and notes.
