ETH → DFC: Error after 65 confirmations

Actual:

• User reported an error after 65 confirmations are done
• after pressing retry twice they were able to resolve it

Expected:

• Selecting Try again should reactive confirmation / continue from where it left off

To reproduce:

1. Select Source Network: Ethereum
2. Input 0.11 dETH > select Review transaction > Confirm transfer on wallet > redirects to MetaMask Notification extension > select Confirm > redirects to Quantum > 0/65 confirmations
3. Wait till 64/65 confirmations > disconnect wifi > wait for a while > reconnect wifi > refresh page > select Reload > 64/65 confirmations will transit to Transaction failed > select Try again > note: Try again does not process the confirmation
4. When Retry limit has been reached, wait for a few minutes and select Try again > note: tx will be confirmed
